Deborah S. Eibner, CBC, CPC is a Certified Corporate Business Coach, Certified Personnel Consultant, a program leader and experienced business manager with over fifteen years of real world organizational leadership experience. Her "been there.done that" experience translates theories into action and helps her coach and train executives, human resource managers, supervisors and salespeople to achieve their individual and corporate goals.
Prior to establishing her coaching and human resource consulting business, Ms. Eibner was the General Manager for a seven office supplemental and direct placement staffing organization. She led the growth of the business from a one-location start up to one of the regions most respected staffing services by developing operational standards and implementing customer service and strategic marketing plans. As part of her role as Sales Manager and Corporate Trainer, she had the opportunity to work with hundreds of companies of great diversity, from small start-ups to Fortune 100 organizations, gaining a clear understanding of corporate issues and challenges as well as best practices for human resource management. With this experience she has developed performance assessments, leadership development programs, customer service training programs and is noted for her ability to train, motivate and attain bottom line results. Experienced in strategic business development, project management, marketing and team building, she also facilitates focus groups and retreats. She designs, and delivers seminars to help her clients to support new projects and initiatives and successfully manage change.
Additional experience in senior positions with high tech companies, financial institutions, non-profit health care organizations and as Business Manager for home medical equipment supplier with 10 branches has developed a broad business perspective to support her clients.
Ms. Eibner is a Masters Degree candidate in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University in British Columbia, Canada, and a graduate of Corporate Coach University International. She is a charter member of Graduate School of Coaching, a lifetime member of Corporate Coach University, and ICF (International Coaching Federation New England Chapter).
