What I love - and my clients appreciate - about the Talent Insights is that it combines the Behaviors (DISC) with the Motivators into a single report. TTI believes, and I have come to agree, that in order to get a full picture we need both. The Behavior tells us WHAT we do; the Motivators tell us WHY we do it.
